摘要
结合图示详细分析了垃圾压缩机的结构特点和工作原理。根据垃圾压缩机的参数要求,对压缩机液压缸进行了设计开发,通过合理的设计计算,选择符合要求的液压缸;在此基础上,对液压缸内的压力液的流量进行了计算说明;结合某样机设计参数,论证了本设计开发的可靠性;最后,提出了一些有意义的防污对策。
With the graph, the structure and running principle of the rubbish compressor are analyzed in this article. According to the requirement, the parameters of the hydraulic cylinder are designed and accurately calculated so as to choose the suitable product. On the basis of this, the flux of the liquid in the cylinder at work. With the designing parameters of some sample compressor, the reliability of the development is showed. Finally, some valuable suggestions upon the pollution treatment are given.
