摘要
CS战略意即顾客满意战略,肇始于上世纪80年代末的工商管理。实践表明,CS是一种行之有效的现代企业经营策略。同时它也对其它行业和部门尤其是公共服务部门的管理带来极大的影响。面对我国高校教务部门管理中存在的问题,有必要反思现状并结合高校教务管理部门的性质导入CS的管理方法和经营策略。
CS strategy means customers satisfaction strategy, Initially, the idea, appeared in the field of the business management at the end of the 80's of the last century. Many cases show its effects to the modem enterprise management, as well as the other industries, especially the public sections. The strategy is essential to prove our college teaching management, which have some shortcomings. So, there is an urgency to apply it to teaching management in colleges in our country.
