摘要
培养师范生的教育研究能力是基础教育改革发展的必然要求，也是教师专业发展的重要内容。但由于师范院校师范性不突出、学生的科研意识淡漠等原因，师范生的教育研究能力普遍偏低。我们既需在课程设置上增强师范性，也需要在实践中进行有计划的训练。
To train the education research ability of students in teacher college is the need of elementary education reform and development .It is also the important subject of teacher professional development. But because teacher colleges do not stand out its ＂normal＂ character and students are not interesting in education research, their research ability are poor. We should make the curriculum much more normal and train their ability in practice.
