摘要 人才资源已成为当今世界最主要的战略资源。人才流失严重制约了一些高校的发展。因此,高校领导应从组织行为学的角度分析人才流失的原因及对策,提高组织管理者水平,深入了解教师的需要.帮助教师解决实际困难,提高教师的心理满意度,在真正了解教师实际需要的基础上建立一种良好的管理体制,留住人才,用好人才。 The human resource has become the key for development in the modern world .The loss of talents has seriously restricted the further development of some colleges and universities. Therefore, the leaders in university should anlynize the. cause and find the solution of loss of talents on the basis of orgnizational behaviorism, and improve management themselves, furtherly understand the demand of the teachers, help them solve practical difficulties and make them more satisfactory psycologically. Only in this way can colleges and universities attract and give full play to the talented teachers.
