地方高校实施国家助学贷款的问题与建议

The Problems and Suggestions of National Study-Aid Loan of Local Universities and Colleges in Application

国家助学贷款是国家为了帮助经济困难学生能够顺利完成学业而采取的重要措施之一。其在地方高校的实施过程中存在着银行投入成本过高、申请贷款手续烦琐、还贷不及时、政策性贷款与商业运作之间的矛盾突出等问题。如何使该项优惠政策正常运作，文章对此提出了相应的建议。

National Study-Aid Loan is one of the most important measures which our country aims to help poverty-stricken students to achieve their education. But meanwhile, there exist some problems, such as conflict between too high cost of banks, too complex processes of application, delay in repayment, the policy loan and the commercial operation, and so on, which affect the normal operation of this favorable policy. This thesis makes analysis of these problems mentioned above and proposes some suggestions.
