高师生就业意向及职业情感教育

The Occupational Intention and Professional Emotion of the Students in Normal University

通过对高师生就业意向的调查，作者发现只有少数高师生表示将以教师为自己首选的职业。高师生选择教师职业的首要原因是教师职业相对较稳定，不愿意选择教师职业的首要原因是认为教师的生活方式太过平淡。为此，应该加强高师生的职业情感教育。

By investigating the occupational intention of the students in normal university, it shows that only the minority of them thinks teacher as their first choice of occupation. The initial reason of choosing teacher is that teacher is relatively stable, and the initial reason of not choosing teacher is that the teacher life-style is too insipid. The author thinks that the emotion education of teacher to students remains to be reinforced.
