摘要
教学的复杂性来自于学生的差异。如何看待客观存在于学生之间的差异,是回避、漠不关心、简单化处理,还是将差异看作一种资源直接影响着教学活动的实际展开。本文强调通过尊重差异、挖掘差异、利用差异来促进教学对每个学生的有效性。
The complex of teaching comes from the difference? evade?indifferent?handle oversimplify?or regard difference between students. How to treat the difference as resource? which will influence the instruction .This article emphasis teachers should respect difference, tap difference and utilize difference to promote effective instruction.
