Developing the Practical Ability and Innovative Ability of Students by the Mean of Social Investigation—— The exploration for practical teaching means of the Family law lesson

要着力提高学生的实践能力和创新能力，达到全面推进素质教育的目的，就必须使课堂上的理论传授与实际问题的社会调查紧密地结合起来。通过有目的、有计划地组织学生开展社会调查,然后指导学生撰写调查报告，研究、分析现实存在的问题及其原因，进而提出解决问题的对策建议，可使理论知识与实际问题紧密结合，有利于培养学生的实践能力和创新能力。

Our teaching must integrate theory with actual social investigation in classroom for developing, the practical ability and innovative ability of students. Students are organized purposefully and designedly for carrying social investigation out. They investigate some actual social problems and write their investigative reports for studying and analyzing actual questions and reasons. Then they suggest for settling these problems. These are favorable for training their practical ability and innovative abitity.
