技能型人才需求与发展高职教育之思考

On Needs of Skilled Workers and Development of Higher Vocational Education

深化高职教育改革，目的就是要培养既有一定理论知识又有较强实际操作能力的技能型人才。为此，需采取必要的手段，改革传统办学模式，构建开放性职教办学体系；准确把握现代经济社会对高职技术人才的需求定位；紧紧抓住高职教育特征，建立重技能、促就业的创新教育机制，培养心理适应能力强、具有职业技术的高级技能型人才。

Higher Vocational education is a type of newer education,and its aim is to bring up skilled workers who not only have theories but also have practical skills. Some essential measures have to be taken to reform the traditional model of running a school, to construct a open system for vocational; some difficulties have to be over come such as the old ideas, and the closed systems for running a school.
