知识社会学视野下的高校教师专业化

The Specialization of the Faculty in the Perspective of Knowledge Sociology

本文从知识社会学的角度来认识与理解高校教师的专业化问题，特别是学科知识在认识教师专业发展中的重要作用。本文认为高深学科知识是理解高校教师专业化的前提，同时高校教师专业化也是高校教师主动探求知识的过程．在此过程中教师还要进行知识的价值选择和方法选择，最后达到创生知识的目的。

On the basis of knowledge sociology this thesis analyzes the specialization of the faculty, especially the role played by the disciplinary knowledge in a teacher＇s professional development. While the profound disciplinary knowledge is the precondition for the specialization, the specialization is a process for a teacher to seek knowledge. In this process a teacher should be selective in the values, methods, and he or she will be creative in their knowledge in the end.
