学生职业素质评估体系的建构

摘要 通过课题组对湖南省部分用人单位进行随机抽样调查,得出用人单位认为高职院校的学生的职业素质应该包括理论知识、实践操作以及个性品质三个方面。而目前高职院校中以考试为基础的单一评估已经不适合对高职学生职业素质三方面的评价。本文首先简单的阐述了高职学生职业素质三个部分的内涵,随后对三种评估的定义和内容进行了简要的阐述,在此基础上提出对学生非认知能力的培养采用形成性评估.以及要加强学生的自我评估即自我发展计划。 Through random sampling survey of some Hunan employment units ,the studying team obtains that employment units think the students' quality of professional schools should include theoretical knowledge, practical knowledge and personal quality. The simple evaluation examination is not appropriate for evaluating the three aspects. This paper firstly describes the meanings of three aspects of the students' quality and then simply discusses the definitions and contents of three evaluations. Lastly it puts forward that the schools should use formative assessment and self-assesment to evaluate students' non-congnitive ability.
