The infringements of intellectual property rights on ceramic fair are in various forms. To promote ceramic fair, we need to take the following three measures urgently： the measure of administration and economy; the measure of legislation and law enforcements the measure of education and culture. Besides, we need to focus on the protection of logo, domain name, and special business secret of JingDeZhen international ceramic fair, we should develop JingDeZhen international ceramic fair in three-dimensional ways, build JingDeZhen as the economy center of fair.
