摘要
为实现沥青再生机控制系统的自动化和数字化要求,采用PLC和触摸屏作为沥青再生机的运行主控单元。对控制系统的结构和硬件配置进行了描述.并通过PLC的程序设计以及触摸屏的程序设计2个方面对控制系统进行了软件设计。实践证明:采用所设计控制系统的沥青再生机调试阶段运行状态良好。
In order to implement the automation and digitalization of control system for asphalt recycling machine, PLC and HMI are used as the main control unit while running. The structure and hardware configuration are described. The programs for PLC and HMI are designed separately. The practical use indicates that the asphalt recycling machine which adopts the control system runs well in debug phase.
