摘要
文章从通信电源配置方法入手,结合实际通信设备负载特性,指出"最大功耗"的不合理性,并引入了"平均功耗"概念,进行了配置优化,从而减少了基本建设费用CAPEX(CAPital Expenditure)和运维费用OPEX(OPeration EX-penditure)。这种方法同样适用于UPS和太阳能电源等动力设备。
