摘要 【目的】评价血浆超敏c-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在急性心肌梗死(AMI)中的临床意义。【方法】在48例急性心肌梗死(AMI),包括非ST段抬高型心肌梗死和ST段抬高型心肌梗死发病时,测定其hs-CRP和MMP-9,症状缓解后,复测两项指标,另外,选择50名无冠心病者为正常对照组。【结果】AMI发病时,hs-CRP及MMP-9明显增高,症状缓解后,二者均明显下降。【结论】生化指标hs-CRP及MMP-9可以敏感的反映AMI时冠脉斑块的变化。 [Objective] To evaluate the clinical significance of plasma high sensitive c-reactive protein(hsCRP) and matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) in acute myocardial infarction(AMI). [Methods] Plasma hsCRP and MMP-9 of 48 patients of AMI were measured , then they were measured after symptoms relieved , and 50 persons were enrolled as controlled group. [Results] Levels of hs-CRP and MMP-9 raised significantly when patients affected AMI. And after symptoms relieved, both of them lowered significantly. [Conclusion] Plasma hs-CRP and MMP-9 can sensitively reveal changes of coronary plaque of AMI.
