摘要 【目的】探讨急性一氧化碳中毒(ACMP)患者血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)与白细胞介素6(IL-6)的变化及乌司他丁(Ulinastatin,UTI)的治疗作用。【方法】将26名ACMP患者分为UTI治疗组(15名)及对照组(11名),用放射免疫法分别测定ACMP时和给予UTI治疗后48 h和5 d患者血清TNF-α及IL-6的浓度。【结果】ACMP后,两组患者的血清TNF-αI、L-6均升高(P<0.01),经治疗后,UTI治疗组血清TNF-α、IL-6的升高得到明显抑制(P<0.01)。【结论】UTI可能对ACMP患者重要脏器功能具有保护作用。 [Objective] To explore the changes of serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6)in patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning (ACMP) patients , and the effect of Ulinastatin on them. [Methods] Twenty six patients with ACMP were divided into Ulinastain group( n = 15) and control group( n = 11) ,and radioimmunity assay was applied to measure serum TNF-α and IL-6 in patients during ACMP and after ulinastatin was administered. [Results] After ACMP, plasma serum TNF-α and IL-6 in the two groups increased ( P 〈0.01). Ulinastatin obviously inhibited the increase of serum IL-6 and TNF-α ( P 〈0. 01). [Conclusion] Ulinastatin may protect the function of main organs of the patients with ACMP.
