磁共振成像诊断子宫内膜癌肌层浸润深度

Analysis of magnetic resonance imaging in evaluating the myometrium invasion of endometrial carcinoma

目的评价磁共振成像(MR I)对子宫内膜癌定性诊断及分期的价值。方法回顾性分析30例经手术及病理证实为子宫内膜癌患者的资料,依据FIGO分期原则,将术前MR I分期与手术后病理检查结果进行比较。结果MR I判断子宫肌层浸润深度的正确率为70.0%,浸润浅肌层和深肌层的正确率分别为73.3%和80.0%。结论MR I诊断正确率较高,可作为子宫内膜癌术前常规影像检查手段。

Objective To evaluate the values of magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） on qualitative diagnosis and the preoperative staging of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Thirty patients with endometrial carcinoma proved by postoperative pathology were retrospectively reviewed. Pre-operatively,all patients underwent MR scan. The staging of endometrial carcinoma by MRI were compared with pathologic results based on FIGO. Results The study showed that the accuracy of MRI for localization of myometrial invasion of endometrial carcinoma before operation was 70. 0%, and the accuracy for superficial myometrial invasion and deep-myometrial invasion was 73.3% and 80.0% respectively. Conclusion MRI is accurate in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma and it might be recommended as a regular examination for preoperative staging in endometrial carcinoma cases.
