水土流失治理率综合评价指标体系,是对大量信息进行综合,并全面建立包括社会经济和资源环境在内的指标体系,能全面表征流域生态系统的主要特征。采用典型区域水土流失详查,从水土资源、生态与环境、经济发展等方面构建了水土流失治理率综合评价指标体系框架。根据建立的水土流失治理率评价指标体系框架,量化各指标,对各层次指标权重进行赋值,为典型区域健康综合评价作准备。

A comprehensive evaluation index system synthesizes plenty of information. The overall building index system that includes society, economy, resources and environment, can express main characteristics of ecological system in a basin. This paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system frame of improvement rate of soil and water loss by adopting survey data of soil and water loss in several typical regions from water and soil resources, ecological environment and economic development. According to the system frame, all indexes are quantified and weights of all levels index are assigned in preparation for comprehensively evaluating typical region health from soil and water loss improvement.
