摘要
针对高可靠长寿命设备加速寿命试验,在试验样本量很少的情况下,用传统评估方法对其可靠寿命的评估存在精度不足问题。笔者在分析比较单侧容限系数和二维单侧容限系数方法后,提出设备寿命基于正态分布的加速试验可靠寿命小样本评估方法。该方法可以把设备研制过程中以往积累的试验数据和同类型的实验数据综合利用起来,以增大评估设备可靠寿命的数据量。工程应用表明,该方法与传统大样本评估方法相比,在试验设备数量一定的情况下,可靠寿命的评估精度提高至少一倍。
For high-reliability and long-life equipment, the assessment precision of reliability life is low by traditional method with accelerated life test data under small-sample test. Based on the analysis and comparison between the method of one-sided tolerance limit coefficient and the method of two-dimensional one-sided tolerance limit coefficient, a small-sample assessment method for reliable life with normal distribution in accelerated test is proposed. This method can use both the past experimental data in equipment development and the test data of the same kind, and increase the sample size to assess equipment reliability life. The engineering applications show that, compared with traditional large-sample assessment methods, this method can increase the assessment precision of reliable life at least by one time under the condition of definite test data.
