摘要
近年来酒店员工的大量流失,严重影响了酒店业的发展,成为酒店管理者所关注的一大课题。本文从分析酒店员工流失的原因入手,探讨了解决员工流失的对策。
The high turnover of staff has impacted on hotel development seriorsly and became a big problem concerned by hotel management.The reasons of high trmover have been analiyzed and some solutions to reducing it have been discussed.
