文化差异对学生英语写作的影响

On cultural difference which affects students’ English writing

中国学生的英语写作是跨语言、跨文化的交际活动,不仅受到语言能力的制约,更受到社会文化因素的制约。本国文化干扰、英汉思维差异等方面是学生英语写作过程中产生错误的原因,应引起我们足够的重视,以提高他们英语写作水平。

English writing of Chinese students is a communicative activity of cross-language and cross-culture, which is not only restricted by the language ability, but also by the social cultural factor. In terms of Chinese cultural interference and difference between English and Chinese modes of thinking, this paper intends to analyze typical mistakes in their English writing and in what ways these mistakes are made. It is hoped that enough importance will be attached to these mistakes with the view of improving their writing in English.
