The hybrid rice seed germination energy is usually ignored and when encountering bad weather during seed soaking and sowing, it is easy to result in rot bud and seedling. This article has analyzed the reasons of bad germination energy and put forward methods to promote germination energy, such as arrange the seed production season properly according to local condition and intermission seed soaking.
