提高医学护理实践能力的探索

The exploration of improving the practising ability of nurses

目的通过提高学生的综合素质、动手能力及导师群的主观能动性,以提高护理实践能力。方法聘请国内一流的教授进行相关专业知识及操作讲座,定期组织操作训练及考核等方法,对2004级以后在校护理专科生进行操作实践能力的培养,与常规带教组比较。结果护理专科生在校期间临床实践通过率显著提高,护理学生临床实践能力得到明显提高。结论新的教学方法使教学质量得到明显提高,实践能力的培养相对于常规带教有显著的优越性。

Objective： To elevate the synthesis quality of students and teachers in order to improve students＇ ability of practice. Methods： Through the ways of employing both native professors to give lectures about advanced correlated subjects and practising, organizing students to hold training and examination so forth to cultivate the ability of pracice, comparing with the general teaching team. Results： The abilty improved significantly. The quantity of students who passed with excellent level has increased. Conclusion： New teaching methods pay more attention to students＂ practising ability, which has evaluated the quality of teaching and has more priority compared with the general team.
