提高高职护生中医护理技能的训练方法初探

Preliminary study on training method of improving the nurse students in nursing technique of TCM

目的探讨提高中西医结合高职护生中医护理技能的有效方法。方法教学方式采用多媒体教学、多角色扮演、情景教学等。结果学生的学习成绩无明显差别,但学生学习兴趣、主动学习、主动发展能力及适应临床能力有较大提高。结论多媒体教学、多角色扮演、情景教学提高了中西医结合高职护生的中医护理操作技能和临床护理水平。

Objective：To discuss an effective method of how to improve nursing technique of TCM in the nurse students who majored in combined TCM-WM. Method： Adopting multi-media teaching, multi-role playing, scene teaching method to study. Results： The students＇ mark has no obvious difference, but the studying interest and initiative, as well as the adaptability to the clinic have been promoted greatly. Conclusion： Multi-media method, multi-role playing and scene teaching method have improved the nurse students in nursing technique of TCM and clinic nursing skill.
