表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯对肥胖模型大鼠减肥作用的实验研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)对营养性肥胖大鼠脂肪分布和代谢异常的预防作用,为应用EGCG防治肥胖提供实验依据。方法40只雄性SD大鼠中8只作为基础饲料对照组,剩余32只给予高脂饲料喂养,1个月后按体重随机分为模型对照组、模型低剂量组、模型中剂量组和模型高剂量组,每组8只。模型低、中、高剂量组分别给予50、100、300 mg.kg-1的EGCG灌胃;基础饲料对照组和模型对照组均给予蒸馏水灌胃。30 d后测动物体重和体长、睾丸周围脂肪垫重量、肾脏周围脂肪垫重量及血清游离脂肪酸、血清瘦素、下丘脑瘦素水平,计算Lee′s指数、睾丸周围脂肪垫重量/体重值及肾周围脂肪垫重量/体重值。结果EGCG实验动物组体重、睾丸周围脂肪垫重量、睾丸周围脂肪垫重量/体重值、肾周围脂肪垫重量、肾周围脂肪垫重量/体重值、Lee′s指数和血清瘦素均低于模型对照组,血清游离脂肪酸、下丘脑瘦素水平均高于模型对照组,且呈剂量依赖性。结论EGCG对肥胖模型大鼠具有减肥作用。
