摘要 细胞器植物生物反应器因有效提高外源蛋白的表达量及降低蛋白提取和加工等下游技术的成本,在现在商业及产业化进程中更具竞争力而成为植物生物反应器研究领域中新的热点。对叶绿体、油体、淀粉体细胞器植物生物反应器的特点及研究进展进行阐述。 Due to the effective increase of foreign protein expression,reducing protein isolation and downstream biotechnology costs,plant cell bioreactor is new research hotspots in business and industry for competitive. In this paper, chloroplast, oil, starch granules have been expounded in the characters and research progress.
