摘要 目的探讨西南地区雌激素受体(a estrogen receptor a,ERa)基因多态性与原发性肝癌关系。方法选择西南地区100名原发性肝癌患者为实验组,100名非肝病人群作为正常对照组。应用分子生物学的方法分析ERa基因1号内含子内切酶PvuⅡ,XbaⅠ限制性片段长度多态性(restriction fragment length polymorph-ism,RFLP),观察ERa基因多态性基因型在实验组与对照组中的基因型分布。RFLP用PP、Pp、pp(PvuⅡ)和XX、Xx、x(x XbaⅠ)来表示。结果P基因型频率实验组为32%,对照组为49%,OR值:0.490。X基因型频率实验组为33.5%,对照组为20.5%,OR值:1.954;PvuⅡ和XbaI限制性片段长度多态性在两组中均呈多态性分布。结论ERa基因多态性与原发性肝癌有关,P等位基因可能是其保护因素;X等位基因可能是其危险因素。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between polymorphism of the estrogen receptor(ER)gene alpha and primary liver cancer in southen-western China. Methods :100 primary liver cancer patients (case group)and 100 nohepatopathy person (control group)were recruited,They all came from southen-western China. To observe the ERa gene polymorphism genotype's distribution in the two groups,PvuII and XbaI restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP) of ERa were analysed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment lenth polymorphism(PCR-RFLP).The RFLP was represented as PP,Pp,pp(PvuII)and XX,Xx,xx(XbaI).Results:Case group P genotype rate was 32%,control group 49%, OR=0.490.Case group X genotypye rate was 33,5% ,control group 20.5% ,OR=1.954;The RFLP of both groups presented polymorphic distribution.Conclusion ERa gene polymorphism was associated with primary liver cancer."P"allele may be a beneficial factor,"X" allele may be a dangerous factor for primary liver cancer women.
