水产养殖鱼药化合物对发光细菌毒性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探索铅、铜、呋喃唑酮、氯霉素对发光细菌的毒性作用及其联合效应。方法采用发光细菌毒性试验分别测定鱼药化合物对发光细菌的发光抑制毒性及其混合物的联合毒性。结果四种化合物浓度与发光细菌的发光强度相关系数绝对值均大于0.99,呈负相关关系。以半数发光抑制浓度(EC50)为毒性评价标准,铅、铜、呋喃唑酮、氯霉素的EC50依次为:0.61、0.79、0.81和489.2mg/L。联合毒性试验中铅与呋喃唑酮,铅与氯霉素,呋喃唑酮与氯霉素联合作用系数K分别为:1.65,1.09,1.58。结论铅、铜、呋南唑酮、氯霉素在一定剂量条件下对发光细菌发光强度有抑制作用;铅与呋喃唑酮,铅与氯霉素,呋喃唑酮与氯霉素表现为相加作用。 fish drugs and their joint toxicity on the luminescent bacteria. Methods The single and joint toxicity of four kinds of fish drugs were inspected and evaluated by applying luminescent bacteria toxicity test. Results Four chemical componds were negatively correlated with luminescence and all correlation coefficient were greater than 0.99. From the dose response curve 50% effective concentration calculated for luminescent bacteria were 0.61mg/L for Pb^2+ , 0.79mg/L for Cu^2+ , 0.81mg/L for furazolidone and 489.2mg/L for chloramphenicoL K value of joint toxicity were 1,65 between Pb^2+ and furazolidone, 1.09 between Pb^2+ and chloramphenicol and 1.58 between furazolidone and chloramphenicol, Conclusion Pb^2+, Cu^2+, furazolidone and chloramphenicol inhibited bacterial luminescence under certain concentration, Pb^2+ and furazolidone, Pb^2+ and chloramphenicol, furazolidone and chloramphenicol showed an addition effect to luminescent bacteria,
