摘要
采用真空退火技术将铝片在阳极氧化前进行处理,以减少其内部应力和缺陷。试验结果表明,采用这种铝片制备的多孔铝模板孔径更加均匀,改善了模板的结晶质量,将模板的透射率提高到97%以上;铝片退火使电镀组装的金属纳米线栅排列更加有序,使此结构的消光比提高到21dB,改善了其近红外偏振性能。
The aluminum is annealed before the anodic oxidation so that it can reduce the inside stress and the flaw.The experiment results show that oxidized with this kind of aluminum sheet,the pore diameter of the porous alumina have been more uniformity,and the quality of crystallization has been improved;After the annealing process of aluminum,the transmittance of the temple has increased to 97% in the visible and near infrared region;Compared the unannealed aluminum,annealing can improve the orderliness of the metal nanowires,and increase the extinction ratio to 21 dB;The polarization properties of porous alumina with metal nanowires have improved in the visible and near infrared region.
