小儿幽门螺杆菌感染与过敏性紫癜关系的探讨

Research on the relationship between infection of pyloric helicobacterium and Henoch's allergic purpura among children

目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌感染与过敏性紫癜的关系。方法:选择37例腹型过敏性紫癜患者作为观察组,30例肠痉挛患者作为对照组。两组患儿分别给予14C呼气试验。结果:观察组与对照组比较,差异有显著性。结论:幽门螺杆菌感染可能是过敏性紫癜发病原因之一。

Objective ： To research the relaionship between infection of pyloric helicobacterium and Henoch＇ s allergic purpura. Method ： Thirty - seven in - patients of Henoeh＇ s allergic purpura were selected as the observation group and 30 cases of outpatients of enterospasm were selected as the control group. The patients in both groups received the ^14Cbreath test. Result： Compaired with the control group, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Pyloric helicobacterium is one of the possible reasons which causes Henoch＇ s allergic purpura.
