摘要
啤酒酵母中核糖核酸的含量高达4.5%~8.3%,核糖核酸是生产核酸和核苷类药物的原料,啤酒废酵母作为啤酒生产排放的主要废弃物,具有重要的利用价值。本文对浓盐法和碱法提取啤酒废酵母中的核糖核酸技术进行了研究,并对这2种方法进行了比较和优化,提出了浓盐法与稀碱法相结合提取核糖核酸的工艺技术路线,酵母中核糖核酸的提取率达90%以上,样品的纯度达90.3%。
The content of ribonucleic acid in the beer yeast reaches as high as 4.5%-8.3%. Since ribonucleic acid is the raw material to produce the nucleic acid and nucleoside drugs, waste beer yeast, which is the main waste emission in beer production, has significant value in use. The high concentration of salt treatment and the thin alkaline treatment both of whom are used in extracting ribonucleic acid from waste beer yeast were studied in this work. After comparison and optimization of the two methods mentioned above, a combination method was brought out Extraction rate ofribonucleic acid in waste beer yeast reached more than 90% with purity of 90.3 %.
