摘要
介绍了以豆制品生产废水为培养原料,通过对啤酒酵母的培养,使培养基中的营养成分被酵母菌吸收利用,从而降低废水中的污染指标。废水中的SS、CODCr、BOD5可分别降低至390mg/L、670mg/L和260mg/L,去除率分别达到93.9%、94.5%和96.9%。酵母菌菌体获得大量繁殖,所获得的干酵母其粗蛋白含量达到了21.57%、粗纤维为12.84%,从而实现了豆制品生产废水资源化利用的目的。
The wastewater from soybean food production was used as the media for the growth of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which resulted in the consumption of nutrition in the wastewater and decreased values of some pollution parameters. Pollution indexes as SS, CODα, BOD5 were decreased to 390 mg/L, 670 mg/L and 260 mg/L respectively, and the removal rates of the pollutants calculated by above-mentioned indexes reached 93.9%, 94.5% and 96.9%. Large quantities of yeast cell were produced, and the crude protein content of the dry yeast was 21.57%, crude fibre was 12.84%. Therefore, recycling exploitation of the wastewater from soybean food factories was realized by this treatment.
