摘要
在啤酒的生产过程中,酵母的接种纯度、发酵力和酵母的生存环境至关重要,直接影响到啤酒生产中发酵能否顺利进行,生产出的产品质量是否稳定。为此,文中对影响酵母发酵的因素进行了分析,并针对生产中的问题提出了解决的措施,可供同行们参考。
It is well-known that inoculated purity, fermentation ability, and living environment are important factors that directly influence fermentation process and product quality. In this article, these influence factors were in detailed analyzed and solution measures were further provided.
