摘要
本文通过对PET吹瓶生产线模具补偿系统密封件部分的失效情况进行分析,找出了造成密封件寿命短且不稳定的三个原因:安装调试的不规范操作、材料的高温性能变差和密封件结构设计的不适应性,并针对这三个问题提出了相应的解决方案。
This paper analyses the invalidation of the seals in the mould clamping compensating system of the PET blowing machine, three causes about the short lifetime and unsteadiness are found out： the incorrect fitting and adjustment of the parts, the poorer properties of material at high temperature and the unsuitability of the seal＇s structure. And some solutions are put forward.
