摘要
本文通过对PET吹瓶生产线模具补偿系统密封件部分的失效情况进行分析,找出了造成密封件寿命短且不稳定的三个原因:安装调试的不规范操作、材料的高温性能变差和密封件结构设计的不适应性,并针对这三个问题提出了相应的解决方案。
This paper analyses the invalidation of the seals in the mould clamping compensating system of the PET blowing machine, three causes about the short lifetime and unsteadiness are found out: the incorrect fitting and adjustment of the parts, the poorer properties of material at high temperature and the unsuitability of the seal's structure. And some solutions are put forward.
