综述了高效液相色谱法在检测化妆品中糖皮质激素、性激素和环境激素中的应用。详细介绍了分析所用的色谱柱、流动相、使用的检测手段以及样品的提取方法;针对目前存在的问题,提出了高效液相色谱用于化妆品中激素分析测定的研究方向和发展前景。

Applications of high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） in determining content of glucocorticoid, sexual hormones and environment hormones in cosmetics were summarized. The chromatographic columns, mobile phases as well as detecting devices and sampling methods used in HPLC for this purpose were described. The current difficulties and issues and the future prospects of this field were presented.
