西藏直孔水电站工程建设管理的思考

Considerations on the Project Construction and Management of Tibet Zhikong Hydropower Station

直孔水电站是继金河水电站之后由西藏电力有限公司承担法人职责,按基本建设程序实施项目管理的水电工程。结合工作实践,介绍了直孔水电站工程建设管理概况,总结了管理经验,分析了存在的问题,并对西藏水电建设实施项目管理的若干问题进行了有益的思考。

The responsibility of legal person of the Zhikong Hydropower Station is undertook by the Tibet Electric Power Limited Company, followed the Jinshuihe Hydropower Station, and its project management was carried out according to the capital construction procedures. In combination with the working practice, this paper introduces briefly the project construction and management of the Zhikong Hydropower Station, summarizes the management experience, analyzes the existed problems and gives some useful thoughts on several problems of project management implementation of hydropower construction in Tibet.
