浅谈现阶段西藏水电工程招标中如何判定投标价的合理性及其风险防范

How to Determine the Rationality of Tender Price and its Risk Prevention in Tibet Hydropower Project Bidding

西藏水电工程实行招投标制度起步较晚,从业人员经验还比较欠缺,招标工作中遇到的新情况和新问题亟待解决。结合工作实践,介绍了现阶段在西藏水电工程招标过程中如何判定投标价的合理性,并就如何防范相关的风险提出了若干建议。

The bidding ＆ tendering of hydropower project in Tibet started lately so that there is lack of experience for our staffs so that some new situations and problems encountered in bidding work should be solved urgently. In combination with working practice, this paper describes how to determine the rationality of tendering and bidding in the bidding of Tibet hydropower projects and gives some suggestions on how to prevent relative risks.
