摘要
直孔水电站灌浆廊道在浇筑过程中,由于模板、混凝土振捣、养护的不足,造成灌浆廊道混凝土缺陷,给混凝土大坝的运行带来质量隐患。采用截断渗漏途径与改变逸出点的方法分别对沉降缝、施工缝、局部线状滴水、混凝土面渗、涌水点等用不同工艺进行处理,取得了较好的效果。
Due to flaws in formworks and improper vibration and inadequate curing of concrete during the concreting of the grout gallery of the Zhikong hydroelectric project, the concrete work of the grout gallery was found defective, which presented a potential hazard to the safety operation of the concrete dam. However the defects have been corrected and the results were quite satisfactory following the adoption of various treatments such as cutting off leakage paths and changing leakage outlets at settling joints, construction joints, local dripping, seeping from concrete surface and spring sites.
