直孔水电站高强耐磨混凝土的质量控制措施

摘要 直孔水电站大坝溢流面采用HF高强耐磨混凝土,消力池表面采用硅粉高强耐磨混凝土。为保证混凝土施工质量,对原材料进行了严格控制,对配合比进行了优化,并制定了一系列浇筑和养护措施,高强耐磨混凝土质量达到了合同及设计的要求。 The overflow surface of the dam for Zhikong Hydropower Station used HF high strength and abrasion-resistant concrete and the surface of the stilling pool used high strength and abrasion-resistant siliceous concrete. In order to guarantee the construction quality of concrete, the raw materials have been strictly controlled and its mix proportion has been optimized. A series of measures of pouring and curing have been taken so that the quality of high strength and abrasion resistance concrete reached the requirements of contract and design.
