Brief Introduction to the Quality Control of Gate Crane Installation

在门机安装过程中,强化承包人自检体系的管理,严格做好中间的质量检验以及现场质量验收,搞好工序监测,强调以事前控制为主,直孔工程建设以"一流的工程质量"为奋斗目标,逐步建立健全了直孔工程的质量保证体系,实行了全过程、全方位、分层次的质量管理,工程质量得到了有效控制,预防质量通病的发生,杜绝施工质量事故,确保工程质量创优。

In the installation of gate crane, the management of self-check system of contractor was strengthened and the intermediate quality check and field quality acceptation were strictly done well. The working procedure was monitored and pre-control was stressed. The construction of Zhikong hydropower project took the ＂first-class project quality＂ as its struggle objective and gradually set up and perfected the quality guarantee system of Zhikong hydropower project. It carried out full-process, omnibearing and different level quality control so that its project quality gained effective control, the common quality problems were avoided and the construction quality failure was eliminated. All these guaranteed the project quality excellent.
