摘要
有机溶剂的种类和用量对活性染料墨水的稳定性有很大的影响。从低沸点醇、高沸点醇、醚、环胺、环酯类有机溶剂中筛选出能显著提高墨水稳定性的种类,正交试验测试有机溶剂的相容性,选择最优配方配制墨水。结果表明,1,2-丙二醇、聚乙二醇、二甘醇、二甲亚砜、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、乙二醇乙醚在一定用量范围内,能使配制墨水的贮存稳定性、粘度、表面张力和电导率符合商品墨水的性能要求,适宜配制墨水。
Impacts of organic solvents (low boil alcohols, high boil alcohols, ethers, cyclic amides, and cyclic esters) on the stability of ink of reactive dyes are investigated, and the best one which is beneficial to the stability of the ink is selected. The compatibility of the solvents is tested through orthogonal experiments. And the optimal recipe is chosen to formulate the ink of reactive dyes.
