摘要
目的:探讨角膜塑型镜治疗青少年近视的疗效和安全性。方法:配戴角膜塑型镜治疗近视94例(186眼),观察其疗效和并发症。结果:随访半年,94例近视患者均取得良好疗效,未出现角膜溃疡、穿孔、瘢痕等并发症。结论:角膜塑型镜治疗青少年近视安全,有效,无严重并发症。
Objective：To investigate the effect and safety of orthokeratology in treatment of young people with myopia. Methods：The myopia of 94 cases （ 186 eyes） were corrected by orthokeratology,and the efficacy and the complication were observed. Results：During the follow-up of 6 months, all the 94 cases improved significantly and no severe complications occurred. Conclusions： Ortheratology is safe and effective for treatment of myopia in the teenages with no serious complications.
