保温箱内蓝光治疗早产儿黄疸时体温调节的护理 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨早产儿黄疸暖箱内蓝光治疗时体温变化及干预措施。方法:对60例早产儿随机分成干预组和对照组,干预组在蓝光治疗前测量体温一次,当体温在36.5-37.5℃,降低暖箱温度1℃,〈36.5℃,降低暖箱温度0.5℃;对照组直接进行蓝光治疗。观察两组在蓝光治疗期间发热的发生率。结果:干预组发热的发生率20.0%,对照组66.7%。差异有统计学意义(P〈0.005)。结论:早产儿在蓝光治疗时根据蓝光治疗前测量的体温来调节暖箱的温度,可有效的降低早产儿光疗时发热的发生率。 Objective:To explore the role of interfering the body temperature of premature infants receiving blue phototherapy in incubator. Methods: Sisty prematures in our hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The body temperature(T) of the intervention group was taken before blue phototherapy. When the T was between 36.5 ℃ and 37.5 ℃ , the incubator temperature was decreased 1 ℃ ;when the T was 〈 36.5 ℃ , the incubator temperature was decreased 0.5 ℃ ;The control group were given blue phototherapy directly. The febrile incidence between the two groups was observed during the treatment. Results: The febrile incidences of the two groups were 20% and 66.7% , respectively, with statistic difference ( P 〈 0. 005 ). Conclusions: Regulating the incubator temperature in accordiance to the prematures' temperature taken before blue phototherapy can effectively decrease the incidence of febrile.
