摘要 针对透气座砖的损毁机理,以不同种类的α-Al2O3微粉及其加入量为研究对象,研究它们对透气座砖的性能影响。研究结果表明,双峰分布的α-Al2O3微粉常温、高温强度最高,体积密度大,显气孔率小,烧后线变化率低,热震稳定性能好,在添加双峰分布的α-Al2O3微粉的试样中,其加入量为10%时,试样的综合性能比较好。 Based on the damage mechanism of porous plug brick, study the impact of different kinds of α-Al2O3 micro powders to the porous plug brick. The results show that the α-Al2O3 micro powder of blmodal distribution has highest strength under normal and high temperature, big bulk density and small porosity, low linear change rate after burning and good thermal shock resistance, it is also indicated that the combined properties of the sample is better when at 10% amount of the α-Al2O3 micro powder of bimedal distribution.
