摘要
针对传统工业炉窑炉墙结构复杂的问题,根据绝热材料工作机理,提出一种集耐火和绝热于一体的新型工业炉砌体——微格栅。首先,使用等效热阻法对微格栅热工特性进行了数值模拟,分析显示微格栅具有优良绝热性能,同时得到微格结构几何参数对其绝热性能的影响。然后,使用有限元分析程序ANSYS分析了微格栅结构力学性能,结果表明微格栅砌体满足力学性能需要,同时得到微格栅砌体应力分布与微格结构尺寸之间的关系。
In according to the insulation mechanism of thermal insulation material, a new series of multi - functional materials - micro - grid wall is proposed, which is gathering refractory and thermal insulation in integral whole. The thermal properties and mechanical characteristics of the micro - grid wall are studied by a numerical simulation. The results show that the thermal insulation and mechanical properties of micro - grid wall meet the requirements of the furnace construction. Then the relations be- tween the geometric parameters of micro - grid and thermal and mechanical characteristics of micro - grid wall are obtained.
