大蒜素穴位注射治疗变应性鼻炎的实验研究

Experimental study of allicin point injection to treat allergic rhinitis rats

目的:探讨大蒜素穴位注射对变应性鼻炎大鼠相关指标的影响及其作用机理。方法:将36只SD大鼠造模成功后,随机分为大蒜素穴位注射组、大蒜素肌肉注射组、生理盐水穴位注射组、模型组,分别给予相应治疗,观察相关指标并进行分析。结果:大蒜素穴位注射组症状积分、鼻腔分泌物涂片和鼻黏膜切片嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数较其它3组均明显下降(P<0.01),显效率为66.7%,总有效率为100%,较其它3组疗效显著(P<0.01)。结论:大蒜素穴位注射可以减少变应性鼻炎大鼠鼻腔分泌物、鼻黏膜中EOS的含量,改善临床症状,达到治疗变应性鼻炎的目的。

Objective： To observe the relevant indexes of allicin point injection to treat allergic rhinitis in rat, and to explore its mechanism. Methods： Thirty sixSDrats after modeling successfully, were randomly divided into allicin point injection group, allicin intramuscular injection group, NS point injection group, and model group, respectively. Relevant indexes were recorded and analyzed. Results： Allicin point injection group symptom scores, nasal secretions and nasal smears slice eosinophils （EOS） decreased significantly （P〈0.01）, than those in other three groups. The abvious effective rate was 66.7%, and total efficiency of 100%, which were significant higher than those in other three groups （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion： Allicin point injection can reduce allergic rhinitis rat＇s nasal secretions, and nasal smears section EOS, improve clinical symptoms, can treat allergic rhinitis.
