摘要
食管癌术后早期给予肠内营养支持,是促进患者康复,预防术后并发症的重要手段。术后早期肠内营养不但是安全可行的,而且开始时间越早,效果越好。目前临床多采用经鼻空肠管滴注整蛋白制剂的方式为食管癌术后患者提供肠内营养,但仍存在许多需要解决的问题。随着食管癌术后患者营养支持的临床研究的深入和发展,肠内营养的治疗方案将会日臻完善,其有效性也将进一步被证实。
Supplement of early enteral nutrition after esophageal cancer operations is an important method to promote the recovery of the patients and to prevent subsequent complications.Early enteral nutrition after esophageal cancer operations is safe and effective,and the earlier it begins,the better the results will be.Nasojejunal feeding of standard formula to patients after esophageal cancer operations is the most common way right now,but it still has many suspending problems.With further deepening and development of clinical research about nutritional support,the methods of enteral nutrition will be better day by day,its efficacy will be furtherly testified.
