脂联素与系统性红斑狼疮

摘要 脂联素是最近发现的一种主要由脂肪细胞分泌的激素,研究已经证实,脂联素与肥胖、高血压、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、动脉粥样硬化、糖尿病以及胰岛素抵抗等代谢性疾病有着密切关系,其具体作用机制还不很清楚;也有证据表明,脂联素与系统性红斑狼疮,尤其是伴有肾脏损害者密切相关;而且,其可能既具有抗炎作用,也有促进炎症的作用。 Adiponectin is a newly found hormone mainly secreted by adipocytes.Many studies have conformed that adiponectin is closely associated with many metabolic diseases,such as obesity,hypertension,coronary artery disease,atherosclerosis,diabetes mellitus and insulin resistance and so on.But its pecific msechanism is not very clear.Few data showed that sdiponectin is related to systemic lupus erythematosus,especially renal injury accompanied with SLE.So,it may be have anti-inflammatory action aas well as pro-inflammatory action.
