摘要
高尿酸血症(HUA)是尿酸合成増加和(或)尿酸排泄减少所引起,近年来其患病率呈全球性上升趋势。长期HUA易伴发高血压、肥胖、糖尿病肾脏疾病和心脑血管疾病等。本文综述了国内外HUA的患病率现状,HUA与疾病的相关性,HUA的形成机制及其与疾病相关的病理机制等临床相关问题的研究进展。
Hyperuricemia（HUA）was caused by increased uric acid production and/or decreased renal capacity to excrete uric acid,the prevalence of which is increasing in world.The patients with long-term HUA may have some complications,such as hypertension,obesity,diabetes,renal disease,vasculardisease and cardiovascular events.This article summarized the recent development in the prevalence of HUA at home and abroad,the relationship between HUA and some other diseases,pathogenesis and etc.
