摘要 1型糖尿病是一种器官特异性自身免疫性疾病,是基因和环境因素综合作用的结果,其发病机制复杂,主要与抗原特异性的自身反应性CD4+和CD8+T细胞选择性攻击胰岛β细胞有关,其结果是体内胰岛素水平的绝对缺乏。一些自身抗原如胰岛素、谷氨酸脱羧酶和酪氨酸磷酸酶等可能是触发该自身免疫反应的靶抗原,而细胞因子、趋化因子及炎性介质等亦参与了该免疫过程。 Type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM)is an organ-specific autoimmune disorder,which reslults from the general effect of gene and environment.The pathogenesis of T1DM is very complex,which is mainly related to this condition that CD4^+ and CD8^+ T cell with antigenic specificity and autoreactivity can selectively attack beta cell of island.The outcome is the absolutely deficit of insulin in the body.Some autoantigen including insulin,glutamate decarboxylase and tyrosine phosphatase maybe targeted antigen triggering this autoimmune response.,and cytokines,chemotatic factors and inflammatory mediators also take part in this immune process.
